From there, every colleague will receive their curriculum specific to their job description. With more than 20 courses to choose from, our basics are not only covered, they are guaranteed. We use the latest technology to deliver the curriculum and the leading industry providers for these services, including Grace Hill and Call Source. We also pride ourselves on our in-house training, which takes the industry fundamentals and tailors them to our unique approach and philosophy. Our Learning Management System (LMS) will allow you real-time, on-line access to your unique training profile and course schedule. Our LMS also provides a Web page for each employee, detailing all training requirements, due dates and performance results. In addition, the LMS provides access to eLearning classes, tracking of course completion, and best of all, where you rank within the company and much more!
