"I have been employed with Sterling Construction Corp. for just over two years. My current position is Contracts Administrator. The thing that I appreciate most about Sterling is the “Open Door” policy that is practiced by all of the management throughout the company. It is very reassuring knowing that your comments and ideas are always welcome. It is also great knowing that I don’t have to feel apprehensive about going to anyone with a problem as well. But with the help of several other people in different departments and a lot of determination, I was able to accomplish the task.
