Sterling Management Ltd., Inc. provides exceptional services to an expansive portfolio of multifamily communities and self-storage facilities throughout the Midwest and select markets throughout the United States. Our unique 5 P’s business strategy is the key ingredient to our success. This strategy allows us to dissect each community, review and analyze the data and create a results-driven business plan that is unique to each community in their respective market. We provide this management approach to both our own portfolio of communities as well as our fee managed portfolio of communities.

The 5 P’s approach allows us to utilize a systematic template to break down each critical component that communities need to be successful. While the 4 P’s approach to marketing is not new to any property management company, it is the 5th P, the Plan; that differentiates how Sterling Management attains profitable results and wins the Game.
