A Pathway to Your Career
The BUILD Program provides interns with training checklists tailored to their experience and growth goals, ensuring every participant gains meaningful knowledge and real-world exposure. Many interns return for multiple summers, with the opportunity to launch a full-time career at Sterling after graduation.
Learning in Action
Interns receive orientation to our business environment, operations, and procedures while working alongside experienced mentors. Through hands-on projects, ongoing feedback, and structured training—including OSHA-certified instruction—you’ll gain the skills needed to thrive in the construction industry.
