A message from our President on COVID-19
The events which have transpired over the past few weeks have challenged us all, both at home and in the workplace. This is not how any of us envisioned the start to a new year. In the weeks to come, you can feel confident that we are equipped to offer the highest level of service to all our investors, partners, colleagues, and residents.
I want to personally thank our teams for their responsiveness and patience as we continue to navigate an everchanging set of circumstances. You can feel confident leadership is here to offer guidance and tools so you, your teams, and your families at home can feel secure in our plan to advance through this journey together.
I also want to thank our residents for their patience as we move toward a temporary, virtual leasing and service experience. As we do our part to practice social distancing within our communities, we will do this keeping your wellbeing a top priority.
